Aris Sophocles, MD, JD: Dr. Sophocles is a full-time family physician and teacher. He is also an attorney, a software designer, and a Distinguished Clinical Professor at the University of Colorado Medical School, Department of Family Medicine. He is the author of numerous research publications, the recipient of several teaching awards, and was named a Superhero of Family Medicine by the Colorado Academy of Family Physicians.

Ed Kelsay, JD: Mr. Kelsay is an attorney and professional liability insurance company executive. He serves as the Malpractice Loss Prevention Manager for Oklahoma's physician owned medical malpractice insurance company and for 16 years was the General Counsel and Associate Executive Director of the Oklahoma State Medical Association. He is an adjunct instructor on medical law and practice management for the Department of Family Practice at the University of Oklahoma Medical School and has written 17 booklets on medical office management and medical malpractice loss prevention.

B. Noelle Floreen: Ms. Floreen is a practice management, coding, and documentation expert. She owns High Tech Images, Inc., a full-service reimbursement management company. She represents physicians and group practices in negotiations with Medicare and other health care payers.
